Guide patients through the imaging journey by providing empathetic education and pre-screening to reduce anxiety and ensure safety. Lead quality control for the digital record by managing the seamless transfer of images to PACS, ensuring every scan is accurately marked and documented for the radiologist. Maintain a high-performance clinical environment by proactively monitoring equipment health and department readiness to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
