General Established team of Nurse Practitioners with Neonatologist support Established program serving the Dubuque community Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy PRN position; 24 hour shifts with dedicated sleep suite Looking for coverage for 3-9 days per month Level 2 NICU Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
4-bed NICU with Average census of 3-4 NNP will also round on well-born babies; 2-6 per day Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Specialty skills: LDRP, umbilical lines and circumcisions will be performed Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
