What We're Looking For… Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members. Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Education and Experience: Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program. Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Work Environment: Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
