What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist ✔ Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence ✔ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures ✔ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care ✔ Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships ✔ Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day What We’re Looking For ✔ Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License — or eligible to apply ✔ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Passion for improving the lives of others ✔ Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required ✔ Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful ✔ New graduates encouraged to apply!

Requirements

Must possess an active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and be a graduate of an accredited COTA program. Strong communication skills are required, and experience with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful.
