**Coverage Dates

• Immediate availability required; every other week schedule (7 consecutive days on, followed by 7 consecutive days off).

• AM to 5:00 PM.

**Call Coverage Details

• No overnight call; initial contact via beeper or phone during shift.

**Call Ratio

• Only the first call during the shift is expected.

**Provider Requirement

• One provider is needed.

**Practice Setting

• Inpatient / Hospital-Based.

**Patient Demographics

• Adult patient population only.

**Outpatient vs. Inpatient Care

• 100% inpatient setting.

**Patient Volume

• Expected average of 20-25 patients per day.

**Trauma Center Level

• *
• Level 1 facility.

**Required Duties and Skills

• Responsibilities include conducting consults and follow-up visits, as well as scheduling and preparing for endoscopy procedures.

**EMR Documentation System

• EPIC.

**Shift Summary

• *
• Scheduled every other week with a 7-on, 7-off rotation, from 7 AM to 5 PM. No on-call duties.

**Mandatory Qualifications

• *
• Board Certified (Required)
• Active Ohio Medical License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (Preferred)
