1. Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
3. Perform all procedures safely.
4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.
5. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
6. Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.
1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree
2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device
4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR
5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
