4 years of CNA experience Active CNA license in the state of Missouri Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with auto insurance Skilled with transfers and ambulatory assistance Compassionate, dependable and proactive Ability to pass a background check What You'll Do: Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual. Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding. Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan. Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition to the Care Coordination Team. Complete documentation after each shift. Why Work With Us?
