We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health therapy team. Physical Demands

Requires an active COTA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience in home health or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
