Position Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping Supporting mobility and safe transfers Providing medication reminders within the caregiver’s permitted scope Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition Maintaining accurate care documentation Communicating regularly with the Home Health Works office team Following each client’s established plan of care
Applicants must have: Current Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant license Level II background screening Current CPR certification TB test completed within the past six months Current physical examination with a statement confirming free of communicable disease Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver’s license Current automobile insurance Own vehicle
