CNA Responsibilities Depending on the client’s needs, responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention measures Assisting with meals and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support Performing light housekeeping related to the client’s care Providing medication reminders within the permitted scope Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition Completing required care notes and documentation Following the client’s established plan of care Maintaining regular communication with the Home Health Works office
