Education Qualifications: Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Exciting Urology Opportunity in Fargo, ND Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. Competitive Compensation: Starting base pay of $650,000 with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation. Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a collegial team of 2 Urologist and 4 Nurse Practitioners. Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4. Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff. Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients. State-of-the-Art Facilities Level II Trauma Center: Providing comprehensive care with advanced technology. Cutting-Edge Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics. Integrated Care: Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care. Robust Referral Network: Built-in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
