LPNs are responsible for assessing patient needs, assisting in care planning, and implementing various aspects of patient treatment.Primary Responsibilities Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history. Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Administer prescribed medications and injections under supervision.
