Job Description

Physical Therapy Assistant (Full-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy / Excel Physical Therapy - Outpatient Location: 216 Old Tappan Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675 We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations falling below many standards in the outpatient industry, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation Base Rate: $30.00/hr to $40.00/hr (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities Why Ivy? Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (New grads are encouraged to apply!) A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith estimate of pay that this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Requirements
