The Roadmap to Reunification Specialist (R2R) serves as a liaison for the clinical team, NH DCYF, birth parents, caregivers, and all collateral services and providers and manages/coordinates all related treatment services and program documentation.
This is a Full Time, 40-hour per week position.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in the child welfare system and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
