Maintain a strong focus on detail, reference ranges, and clinical relevancy.
Assist with specimen receiving, respond to pneumatic tube requests, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Exhibit flexibility by working in all lab sections as needed.
Experience Required Preferred experience in all lab sections.
Experience with LIS (Laboratory Information System) is required.
Education Requirements MLS (MT) or MLT certification through ASCP or eligibility.

Special Requirements Shift: Day (7 AM - 3 PM), with evening shift coverage as needed (3 PM - 11 PM).
