Company Description Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our thriving practice serving Quincy and Plymouth, MA, in Boston's southern suburbs and gateway to Cape Cod.
This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established practice with a loyal patient base, in-house Mohs surgery, and a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, including our Plymouth office, recently recognized as the Best Skin Care Clinic for 2026.

Strong, collaborative clinical team including a partner physician, an additional physician, and three experienced Advanced Practice Providers, plus part-time in-house Mohs surgeon.

Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer. Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases. Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team. Monday-Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.
What We're Looking For Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred. A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team. A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.
