What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
You build the schedule.
We handle the referrals and admin.
Day-to-day you'll: Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
$55/billable hour — LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (independently licensed) 401(k) with 3% company match $150 annual CEU reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Pathways into clinical leadership as the Arizona program grows What we're looking for Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT or LCSW Experience with children, teens, and families (or a strong interest in this population) Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
