The Case Manager serves as a central support within the interdisciplinary team, working primarily with children. This staff member conducts assessments, assists members with resources within the community and provides coordination of care inside and outside of the agency.
$17.50-$18.00 hourly

Candidates must be at least 22 years old and possess a bachelor's degree in behavioral health with one year of experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling two years. A valid AZ driver's license and fingerprint clearance are required.
