Hillcrest House - Residential Staff Opportunities At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Direct Care Residential Staff – PART TIME - 2nd Shift Weekdays + Every Other Weekend Schedule - Every Other Saturday (3 pm – 10 pm) Every other Sunday (8 am – 3 pm) Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays (3 pm – 10 pm)
Availability: Must be available to work overnight during the week A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record. 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder). High school diploma or equivalent.
