What Makes This Role Unique Geriatric Psychiatric Focus Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia-related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.

Mobile, Relationship-Based Care Deliver personalized psychiatric care in home and senior living settings, enabling stronger patient relationships and more informed clinical decision-making.

Autonomy with Support Practice independently while being fully supported by a dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most—patient care.

Your Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.

Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.

Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.

Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.

Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.

Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.

Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.
