Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of resident care principles and safety protocols.
  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
