California endoscopy RN openings are often driven by outpatient procedure volume and the need for nurses who can safely support sedation, monitoring, and recovery. This role is competitive because employers typically want a current California RN license, ACLS and BLS, and hands-on endoscopy experience, though some will consider training for qualified candidates.
