We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Therapist committed to clinical excellence and supporting the wellness of patients of all ages. This role provides comprehensive behavioral health services within an integrated primary care environment, including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and solution-focused, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. The therapist collaborates closely with primary care providers (PCPs), behavioral health staff, and the broader interdisciplinary team. Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling.
Fully licensed with LCSW or dually licensed with LCMHC and LCAS.
Experience providing behavioral health services in primary care, integrated care, and/or community health settings.
Experience functioning as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
Experience completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and integrated care teams.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.

$65,000 to $70,000 based on experience, licensure, and education.
