We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist committed to clinical excellence and supporting the wellness of patients of all ages.
We are seeking an IBHT that is available to work three (3) full days for 24 to 28 hours weekly.
This role provides comprehensive behavioral health services within an integrated primary care environment, including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and solution-focused, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
The therapist collaborates closely with primary care providers (PCPs), behavioral health staff, and the broader interdisciplinary team.

Requires a Master's degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling and full licensure as an LCSW or dual licensure as LCMHC and LCAS. Experience in integrated care settings and the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model is preferred.
