California emergency vet assistants are in demand

California emergency veterinary hospitals often need part-time assistants and RVTs who can handle high-acuity cases, fluctuating schedules, and busy overnight or weekend coverage. These roles are competitive because employers usually want recent hands-on anesthesia and surgical assistance experience, while still considering recent Veterinary Technology graduates with strong clinical rotations. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your emergency, anesthesia, and surgery experience before applying.
