• Role: Youth and Family Intensive Service (YFI) partners with youth and families during times of heightened need, when challenges such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance use, family conflict, aggression, or involvement with the legal system are impacting daily life. Our work is grounded in the belief that with the right level of support, families can heal, grow, and thrive together. When youth experience complex behavioral or mental health needs, increased therapeutic services can be life changing. YFI provides intensive, evidence-based interventions that strengthen families, promote safety and stability in the home, and help prevent hospitalization, out-of-home placement, and incarceration. Our comprehensive continuum of care includes intensive in-home services, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and the 180° Youth Outpatient Program, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), and the Day Reporting Center (DRC). Clinicians in YFI collaborate closely with families, schools, and community partners to create meaningful, sustainable changes. At YFI, we are committed to building skills that support positive mental health and resilience, so children, teens, and families can feel hopeful, capable, and confident about their future. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

• Will Do: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals. Provide crisis intervention services to ensure client safety and stabilization. Deliver high-quality individuals, family, and group therapy to individuals with primary mental health disorders. Develop and implement individualized, strength-based service plans that promote recovery and resilience. Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and complete all required reporting. Provide case management services, connecting clients to community resources and supportive services. Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers to ensure integrated, client-centered treatment. Collaborate regularly with clinical supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and psychiatrists to support effective care planning. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.

• You: Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, or another human services degree. Have at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental/behavioral health challenges. Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
