Places medicines in proper containers with correct label and makes required notations on order match items and in corresponding records. Prepares I.V. admixtures under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL or equivalent preferred LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: State of California Pharmacy Technician registration. EXPERIENCE: 2 – 3 YEARS #LI-KB6
