Part-Time Hygiene Assistant – Houston, TX Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our team in Houston! We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care. As a Hygiene Assistant, you will help support the hygiene team by providing an excellent patient experience and assisting with the flow of daily clinical operations.
Schedule (days/hours)
Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation: $16-$20/hour About Us
