• VIRTUAL Adolescent PHP/IOP Therapist – Outpatient Services Rolling Hills Hospital | Franklin, TN Are you passionate about helping adolescents and families achieve lasting mental wellness?
• Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Services team.
• As a PHP/IOP Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
• This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through group therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive behavioral health environment.
• Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off!

• Experience: Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
