Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensures patient is provided with names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program
- Current Nevada C.N.A. license.
- Current BLS certificate.
- Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
