This exciting contract position is on-site and offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, contributing to overall health and wellness in the community. You will be involved in various family medicine projects, focusing on delivering comprehensive healthcare services. Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Provide primary care services and preventive health advice Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly Participate in health education sessions for patients and families Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns Stay current with medical practices and advancements

Requirements

Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies Current NP or PA license in the state of practice Strong clinical competencies in family medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Commitment to high-quality patient care

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

No call required

Outpatient only

Daily Volume: 18-20 patients

Patient Population: All ages

Appointments: 30 minutes for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups

Support Staff: MA, RN, and PSRs

EMR: Epic

Board certification required

BLS required

Paid travel & lodging
