Position Summary

The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW) provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and families within a trauma-informed, person-centered CCBHC setting. Clinicians provide assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary providers and community partners. This role offers experience working with a broad range of clinical presentations including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and complex psychosocial stressors. Essential Responsibilities · Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments · Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches · Develop person-centered treatment plans and monitor client progress · Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning services · Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, schools, ACS, hospitals, primary care providers, and community agencies to coordinate care · Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning meetings · Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation within the EHR system · Meet program quality, productivity, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications · Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) · Active New York State LCSW license · Experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment services · Strong assessment, diagnostic, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention skills · Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care · Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, or other community languages) · Experience in community mental health, integrated care, or CCBHC settings · Experience working with children, families, or justice-involved populations · Familiarity with telehealth and hybrid service delivery Schedule · Tuesday–Saturday, Hybrid schedule available · Two evening shifts per week may be required #IND-TCC1 The Child Center of NY is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and an active New York State LCSW license. Candidates must have experience in mental health or substance use treatment and proficiency in crisis intervention and diagnostic skills.
