• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth opportunity supporting clients throughout Rhode Island. The role centers on consistent session delivery, measurable treatment planning, and clear clinical documentation. This is a structured weekday position designed for clinicians who prefer predictable hours and focused outpatient work.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual and/or relational, based on caseload needs) Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish clinical direction Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes Document sessions accurately and within required timelines Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Rhode Island telehealth guidelines Complete risk assessments and implement safety planning when required Coordinate referrals and care collaboration as clinically appropriate Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree aligned with licensure requirements Outpatient therapy experience (relational therapy experience a plus) Strong time management and documentation consistency Professional, client-centered communication in a virtual setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re interested, share your resume and we’ll follow up with role specifics and the next steps in the process.
