In Minnesota, exercise physiologist openings are often tied to cardiac and pulmonary rehab settings, where employers look for candidates who can support monitored exercise programs and patient education. These roles can be competitive because they typically require a bachelor’s degree, current CPR and ACLS certifications, and comfort reading EKGs; prior cardiac or pulmonary experience can help.
