About the role

The CRNA will provide anesthesia care as part of a two-provider team at Southwest Medical Center. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality anesthesia services in a collaborative, autonomous environment.

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites. Position Highlights: $325,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot 7 Weeks Off Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500 Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily Cases: Bread and Butter Out of grid compensation
