Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Registered Pharmacy Technician to our team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.
This is a full-time evenings opportunity working four 10-hour shifts a week from 12:00 - 10:30 PM with every other weekend coverage!
This is an entry level position and the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting.
This candidate will deliver medications to patient floors and stock the Omnicell dispensing cabinet.
This candidate will assist with duties within the central pharmacy.
A Pharmacy technician license in the state of Florida is required for this position.
As a Pharmacy Technician, your job duties will include: Assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
Maintaining the drug inventory.
Maintaining patient records.
Working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Pharmacy Technician Experience: Less than 1 year Technician Experience Education & Credential Requirements: High School Diploma Required Registered Pharmacy Tech (RPT) with Florida Board of Pharmacy Required Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) Preferred This Registered Pharmacy Technician will be located at Baptist Jacksonville.
