Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses. Certification- ACLS required within 6 months for the Adult EDs and Free Standing EDs
PALS required within 1 year of hire for the Free Standing EDs and required within 6 months for WCH ED. Primary Location: Downtown - Main Building
Candidates must be registered nurses capable of providing care for diverse medical conditions. The role requires obtaining ACLS certification within six months of hire for specific departments.
