ACTT is a team dedicated to reducing and eliminating the symptoms of severe mental illness and to enhance the individual's quality of life.   • Duties include: Serves as an active member of the ACT Team, participates in team meetings, and provides input into the person-centered planning process Show knowledge and use of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes to include: evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning Remain available face to face or by telephone, 24 hours a day 7 days a week as staff serves as the first responder in the event of crisis situations. The service site will be at any location the consumer or family needs Effectively use clinical and administrative supervision to improve to quality and performance of services for consumers and organizations Demonstrate the ability to manage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organization

  • Required: A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area Two (2) years of professional MH work experience with adults Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Resume must include degree earned (major & minor), graduation month & year, relevant employment dates including month and year, and populations served. A Caring Alternative, LLC is a CARF accredited service provider with facilities in Asheville, Hickory, Marion, Statesville and Morganton, NC. A Caring Alternative, LLC is CABHA certified and a Trauma Informed Agency. We provide an array of services to Alexander, Buncombe, Burke, Catawba, Caldwell, Iredell, McDowell, and Mitchell counties which consist of Assertive Community Treatment Team, Community Support Team, Day Treatment, Integrated Care, Intensive In-Home, Medication Management, Outpatient Therapy, and Therapeutic Foster Care. Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and have at least two years of professional mental health work experience with adults. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
