The Restorative Aide carries out individual restorative programs designed by therapists and communicates observations regarding resident conditions. They also assist with resident ambulation, transfers, and the sanitization of therapy equipment.

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Additionally, CPR certification and 6-12 months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting are strongly recommended.
