The therapist will conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support client recovery and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Education / Credentials Master’s degree preferred in Addictions Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related field. License preferred: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP (or under supervision). Experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in human services, substance use disorder treatment, or a related setting. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for clinical documentation. Experience facilitating both individual and group counseling sessions. Knowledge / Skills Familiarity with 12-step recovery programs. Strong clinical documentation skills. De-escalation and crisis intervention skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Working Conditions Direct care clinical position providing counseling and therapeutic services across residential and structured outpatient levels of care (ASAM 3.5, 3.1, and 2.5). Licensed Clinicians or Supervisee (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP): Full-time scheduling aligned with residential programming needs.
