What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver direct, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Document all patient care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff.
  • Supervise and contribute to the development of physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.
  • Maintain high moral and professional standards in all aspects of practice.
  • Manage time efficiently to balance patient care and administrative duties.

Qualifications

Required

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Commitment to quality patient outcomes and continuous learning.

Preferred

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

1–2 years of direct patient care experience.

Possess or be eligible for Ohio state licensure.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), 1–2 years of experience, and Ohio state licensure eligibility.
