The LPN will provide personal care services, medication administration, and companionship to residents while monitoring their well-being. They will also collaborate with the wellness team to document resident assessments and communicate changes in condition.
Position: LPN- Full Time 7am-3pm Location: 775 Mt Lucas Road Princeton NJ 08540 Pay Range: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship. Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan. Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan. Inspire your team and collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Retirement Unlimited specified intervals.
