About the role

The Counselor III is responsible for providing chemical dependency and mental health counseling to clients. They will also perform case management and develop treatment plans for individuals referred to the organization.

  • Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III) Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.

Job Description

Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! We remain driven by our value of excellence in quality care for all and fostering a culture that embraces dignity of all. The Counselor III will be responsible for chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral science and have at least two years of experience in the field. A valid State of Ohio license such as LPC, LSW, or LCDC II/III is required.
