Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
Care of
Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
Clinical/Technical
Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.
Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in an Emergency Room or related nursing field and hold an active California RN license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
