REQUIRED:1. Medical Degree from an accredited college or university. 2. Diploma for completion of an American Board of Neurology accreditation internship and residency. 3. NBME or Flex certification. 4. American Board of Neurology certification or eligibility. 5. Unrestricted DEA number. 6. Unrestricted Georgia medical license. PREFERRED:1. Current BCLS certification. Work Hours (EX:7AM-7PM): 7a-7p
