Catherine South | Fargo, ND SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our teams at St.

Catherine North or St.

Catherine South.

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and support residents in achieving their highest level of health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning Document resident care in the electronic medical record Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned Support and assist CNAs in delivering quality resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team members Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life Follow nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota Strong clinical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Comfortable using electronic medical record systems Pay & Benefits $29.00 – $33.00 per hour Plus shift differentials: $3.00/hour PM shift differential $4.00/hour NOC shift differential Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Opportunities for Advancement Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day, evening, and night shifts available Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation Why Join SMP Health? Requirements
