RNs assess patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.Primary Responsibilities Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders. Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
