Market context

Texas neonatology roles need active licensure

Texas neonatology openings are typically driven by hospital and NICU coverage needs, so employers often look for clinicians who can start with minimal onboarding. This role is competitive because it requires Board Certification in Neonatology, recent clinical experience, and either an active Texas license or an active IMLC letter of qualification. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly confirm fit and note the listed health, dental, vision, life insurance, and EAP coverage before applying.
