The Registered Nurse will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care within the Cath Lab while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and participating in patient education and clinical decision-making.

As a Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab, you'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment focused on providing outstanding cardiovascular care and exceptional patient outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who thrive in dynamic clinical settings and are looking to expand their cardiovascular and procedural nursing experience.

What you'll do

Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the care continuum.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Participate in patient education, mentoring, and clinical decision-making.

Utilize evidence-based practice to promote quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Practice in accordance with ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when on call.

Eligible full-time and part-time team members may qualify for a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Required

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.

Active Indiana RN license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program.

Previous critical care nursing experience.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred

• Cath Lab experience.

Candidates with more than two years of acute care experience who graduated from a non-accredited nursing program may be considered, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Additional advanced life support certifications may be required based on department and specialty requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and an active Indiana or NLC RN license, along with previous critical care nursing experience. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and Cath Lab experience is preferred.
