Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning through telehealth and onsite services at our partner adult day centers.
You'll collaborate with therapists, social workers, and a supervising psychiatrist to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Compensation Initial Psychiatric Evaluations: $70–$90 per visit Follow-Up Medication Management Visits: $40–$60 per visit Compensation is based on experience, credentials, qualifications, and clinical expertise.

Flexible hybrid schedule combining telehealth and onsite services Consistent flow of patient referrals through established partnerships Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved populations across New Jersey Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Administrative support so you can focus on patient care Access to a supervising psychiatrist and interdisciplinary treatment team Professional growth opportunities within a growing behavioral health organization Potential pathway to part-time or full-time W-2 employment What You'll Do Psychiatric Assessment & Treatment Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments Diagnose behavioral health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe, manage, and monitor psychiatric medications Conduct risk assessments and crisis evaluations when clinically indicated Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Patient Education & Support Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Support patient engagement and treatment adherence Provide therapeutic interventions within scope of practice Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Coordinate referrals and support continuity of care Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMR Follow organizational policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional practice standards
